Later, the rescuers got another woman out from under the rubble of the high-rise building. She was taken to the hospital.
According to preliminary information, the Russians caught 13 times with KABs on the territory of the regional center.
One of the hits hit a residential high-rise building. As a result, the house was partially destroyed. A search and rescue operation is underway.
