In Poltava, a 71-year-old man doused himself with a flammable liquid and set himself on fire in the premises of the regional military administration, the local police reported.
“The event took place on September 27 around 12 o’clock in the premises of the Poltava Regional Military Administration,” the message reads.
As noted, “policemen who provided security for the premises of Poltava OVA extinguished the flames on the man’s clothes and called an ambulance. The man was hospitalized with burns.”
