In part of the city, the Light has disappeared as a result of the Russian blow, according to the message of JSC “Sumyoblenergo”.

“Dear electricity consumers! Who has disappeared light in Sumy – it is through a blow to the Russian army around the city. For safety, we do not disclose the details and consequences so as not to adjust the further actions of the enemy, ”the company said.

Energy stressed that they operate in enhanced mode to restore electricity distribution.

Earlier it became known that on July 18, the forces of the Russian Federation attacked the Sumy community with drones.

“Today (July 18 – Ed.) The Russians again attacked the Sumy community. At about 1:00 pm and again an hour later, the enemy applied percussion UAVs on civil infrastructure. “Three civilians were affected by one of the blows,” the city military administration (MBA) said.

According to local authorities, the victims were hospitalized, they are provided with the necessary help.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
