“On the night of November 29, Russian troops attacked the Southern region several times with drones. 13 residential and country houses, garages and other outdoor structures, a gas pipeline, and a car were damaged in three settlements of the Odesa district,” the report says.
Oleg Kiper, the head of the regional military administration, added that four victims were hospitalized, among them one woman in a serious condition, the others in a moderate condition. The three injured were treated on the spot.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces previously reported that on the night of November 29, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 132 Shahed-type strike UAVs and unspecified drones. 88 attack drones launched by Russia were shot down, another 41 were “lost in location”, and one returned to Russia, the military says.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
