Details: It is reported that on February 26, the operatives of Dnipropetrovsk region with the power support of special forces conducted 13 searches at the places of residence of the suspects – removed mobile phones, cars, rough records and documents, as well as weapons and drugs.
Law enforcement officers found that a 38-year-old man organized a scheme who involved his subordinates and other accomplices. Investigators documented four desertion facts that are involved in the attackers.
During the pre -trial investigation, police identified the role of every accomplice of a criminal offense in accordance with Article 27 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 11 The defendants were presented with reports of suspicion of articles of the Criminal Code under articles on desertion and obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces and other formations.
The scheme was also reported to the organizer of the suspicion of the article on accepting the proposal and receiving the undue benefit.
