NABU and SAP revealed the scheme of activities of a criminal organization, which included current and former officials of the energy sector. Timur Mindich, co-owner of “Kvartal 95” and a close friend of Volodymyr Zelenskyi, as well as Oleksandr Zukerman, are named as the heads of the organization.
