The direct speech of the leader of the faction Petro Poroshenko: “Look at how much cleaner the air became in the Republic of Belarus when Yermakivshchyna was eradicated from here. I haven’t been in the President’s Office for 6 years, but I hope that these processes have started there, and the air has become cleaner there as well. This is a necessary, but not sufficient condition. The country is in a triple crisis – a crisis at the front, a crisis of corruption and a crisis in relations with partners during peace negotiations.”
Details: According to Poroshenko, it depends on the parliament whether the country is able to overcome this crisis.
“First, we continue to collect signatures for restarting the government and creating a new coalition. Second, we must urgently remove from the government all those involved in the Yermak-Mindich tapes… We must take responsibility and release them. And not only for corruption. But also those who put pressure on law enforcement agencies in order to ensure the illegal criminal prosecution of NABU detectives, activists, the opposition… And an urgent meeting with Zelensky immediately after his return, in order to jointly share and develop a strategy for the peace process,” Poroshenko said.
