In response, the European Commission threatened counter -arrival if Trump has introduced tariffs, stating that the EU “respectively and immediately reacts to unjustified barriers for free and fair trade.”
The President has not offered any new details about the EU tariffs offered, including what powers he would use, but resumed his fierce attacks on the block for what he has long been perceived as unbalanced economic relations.
