There are currently 4,800 people in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, who still have the opportunity to evacuate the city.

Details: According to Petlin, volunteers can still enter the city in armored vehicles, so the civilian population can evacuate.

He added that there is currently only one direction of departure from Kostyantynivka: Oleksievo-Druzhkivka – Druzhkivka – Kramatorsk, and then to safer regions.
