Later, Yevgeny Balytskyi, the head of the occupation administration of the Zaporizhia region appointed by Russia, wrote that a guided missile attack was carried out on the port.

“There are no victims. Fires caused by the arrival have been extinguished. The missile attack did not affect the port’s performance,” said Balytskyi.

On October 31, Ukrainian drones attacked the sea port of occupied Berdyansk, reported Volodymyr Rogov, who was appointed by Moscow as a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Berdyansk was occupied at the start of a full-scale Russian invasion in February 2022, and since then the Russian military has used the seaport on the Sea of ​​Azov to transport weapons and military equipment.
