Donald Trump and Sinclair & Wilde attorney Daniel Lee DelneroDonald Trump and Sinclair & Wilde attorney Daniel Lee DelneroThe American company Sinclair & Wilde accused the National Police of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of corruption and bribery. Ukrainian officials refused to settle with the American company for the contract for the supply of military uniforms, demanding a “rollback”. This is stated in the open letter of Sinclair & Wilde to the National Police of Ukraine.

“Sinclair & Wilde categorically denies the false and baseless claims made in the recently released video by the National Police of Ukraine. It is clear that the release of this story is an attempt by the National Police to cover up its own internal corruption and the corruption of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in its ongoing attempts to deny payment to Sinclair & Wilde after she repeatedly refused to pay the bribes demanded of her,” the statement said leaves

The document states that the Sinclair & Wilde company had five contracts for the supply of military uniforms and textiles to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The Turkish company acted as a subcontractor. Despite receiving all the goods, the Ministry of Defense refused to pay 14.5 million dollars. The company claims that the condition for returning the money was the payment of a bribe.

“During 2023, several individuals, including those involved in the U.S. and Ukrainian investigations, demanded bribes from Sinclair & Wilde to secure payment of the remaining $14.5 million owed to it. Sinclair & Wilde refused and reported these requests to U.S. and Ukrainian authorities. Trying to obey the laws of both the United States and Ukraine, Sinclair & Wilde attracted the attention of the US Embassy in Kyiv, law enforcement agencies more than a year ago the US and Ukrainian law enforcement agencies to extort bribes and obvious corruption in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine,” the letter said.

The company also claims to have handed over to the National Police of Ukraine all confidential information, including witnesses and evidence, refuting the allegations against Sinclair & Wilde.

“The response of the National Police of Ukraine was to leak the details of the investigation to the former head of the procurement department of the Ministry of Defense Maksym Hrytsenko and others, endangering the lives of witnesses who cooperated in the process, one of whom is a US citizen. And just a few days after the confidential meeting with the National Police, Roman Balykin – the probable target of the current investigation – knew all the details of the meeting,” Sinclair & Wilde reports.

Because of this incident, the US authorities refused to continue cooperation with the National Police.

Sinclair & Wilde also refutes the National Police’s accusations of inflating the prices of the supplied products.

“Law enforcement and Department of Defense officials inspected the uniforms and found the prices charged by Sinclair & Wilde to be LOWER than fair market value, especially when shipping and logistics costs are factored in,” the open letter states.
