In particular, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on a conversation with State Secretary Anthony Blinken, to whom he told about the consequences of intensified Russian attacks on the energy system and nuclear facilities of Ukraine.
“We discussed ways to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities, the air shield and energy stability,” Sybiga said.
Subsequently, the minister also reported on the conversation with his Bulgarian colleague Ivan Kondov regarding the further strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

In addition, he held talks with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Bart Eide and the chief diplomat of Greece, George Gerapetritis, with whom he discussed the consequences of Russian attacks and support for Ukraine.
According to Sybiga, in conversations with Kondov, Eide and Gerapetritis, the parties exchanged views “on the eve of important events.”
Eide, in turn, thanked the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for a “good conversation”, adding that Norway will closely cooperate with Kyiv in international politics at a “turning point”.
The day before, the Prime Minister of the country, Jonas Gar Støre, announced that Norway will allocate more than 2 billion dollars to support Ukraine next year.
