The Minister of Digital Transformation noted that new employees will be able to book immediately, without having to serve any time.
“Previously, there was an option to book through Diya and offline. From December 1, it will be online only, this will solve the problem of lengthy processing of documents,” he explained.
Fedorov notes that enterprises that retained criticality status during the audit must update it by February 28.
“People will be able to book from December 1, but the booking will work only until February 28,” he emphasized.
The minister also writes that new employees will be able to book immediately, there is no need to work for a period of time.
“But the employee’s salary must be more than 20,000 hryvnias. In addition to state and communal enterprises, as well as Diya.City residents,” Fedorov stressed.
He reminded that according to the new rules, in order to book people, the company must meet 3 criteria, two of which are:
- the average salary at the enterprise is not less than 20 thousand hryvnias,
- absence of tax debts.
The third criterion “choose yourself” from the list:
- residency in Diya.City,
- 1.5+ million euros in taxes paid per year,
- 32+ million euros in revenue,
- importance for the national economy or the needs of the community.
To obtain or confirm criticality, it is necessary to collect a package of documents confirming compliance with the criteria and submit it to the relevant state body.
“Do you work in the energy industry? To the Ministry of Energy. Are you engaged in agriculture? To Minagro. A resident of Diya.City — to the Ministry of Digital. You pay more than 1.5 million euros in taxes per year, 32+ million euros of income or are important for the national economy — to the Ministry of Economy,” – explained the minister.
Booking from mobilization in UkraineAs UNIAN reported, in October, the reservation of workers was put on hold in Ukraine. According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, more than 900,000 people received reservations from mobilization and the Cabinet of Ministers allows further increase of this number.
Shmygal said that the government plans to update the reservation rules on the basis of the “fight or work” principle.
Later, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine clarified the procedure for booking conscripts for the period of martial law. This process will change from December 1, 2024.
The other day, People’s Deputy Bohdan Kitsak, explaining the new resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding reservation, stated that for reservation, the employee must be employed at the enterprise until May 18, 2024. According to him, those who got a job after that date will not have the right to deferment.
But later the Ministry of Economy denied the information of People’s Deputy Kitsak, stating that the date of hiring an employee does not affect the possibility of booking him from mobilization.
