According to a UNIAN correspondent, during a briefing, the Foreign Ministry spokesman George Tykhy said that any attempts to question Ukraine’s territorial integrity are categorically unacceptable. He urged Polish politicians to refrain from using Ukraine in the domestic political campaign:
“Honestly, I will tell you that this figure has long been known. It is not a surprise for us or for anyone. I want to emphasize that we, as a foreign policy department, do not regard the statements of individual anti -Ukrainian politicians as a position of Poland or Polish society.”
As the spokesman emphasized, the Foreign Ministry is grateful to all Poles who sincerely support Ukraine from the first minutes of a full -scale invasion. At the same time, the quiet said that such unfriendly steps are contrary to the spirit of strategic partnership, they are interrupted with the experience in the field of historical memory, and can damage friendly relations between the two peoples.
