Milan coach: “We lost 0:2, but the team did not give up and won”

Coach “Milan” Marco Landucci summed up the match with Torino in the 14th round of Serie A (3:2).

During the game, the Rossoneri lost 0:2.

“In the first half, the opponents were waiting for our mistakes, and we relaxed a little. Instead of using the entire width of the field, they tried to attack through the center. Then there were penalties and a counterattack.

We have to thank the team that never gives up and Dr. Mazzone and his staff, thanks to which Pulisic was able to get on the field. This team knows no defeats.

In the second half, we changed the game a bit and it was Rabiot’s goal that gave us confidence. We then moved Nkunka into the center of attack with Rabiot and Loftus-Cheka supporting him. We attacked more actively, scored three goals and won, which is the main thing.”

About Pulishych:

“He is a very calm player, but he shows determination on the field. As I said, he is a real sniper and a strong football player. Loftus-Cheek? He had an excellent match, he has what it takes to be a top player. He has the technique, strength and physicality, but injuries are slowing his progress a bit.”

About Allegri:

“We are Tuscans, we understand each other well, we have been working together for many years and we have a great team. I’m probably the worst in the staff, because I used to be a goalkeeper,” said Landucci.
