The invaders carried out 28 air strikes, dropping 86 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the Russians used 876 kamikaze drones to destroy them and carried out 2,264 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four assaults by the occupiers. The enemy also carried out three airstrikes, dropped seven guided air bombs, launched 175 attacks, six of which were from rocket salvo systems.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped ten enemy attacks. The enemy was active in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Synelnikove, Lyman and in the direction of Dvorichansky and Kolodyazny.

In the Kupiansk direction, enemy units carried out 11 assault operations, trying to break through to the positions of our defenders in the areas of Pishchany, Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, and Kruglyakivka. Until now, another combat clash is going on.

In the Lymansky direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian invaders have attacked Ukrainian positions 37 times in the areas of Grekivka, Olhivka, Tverdokhlibovo, Shyykivka, Druzhelyubivka, Seredny, Karpivka, Drobyshevy, Novoselivka, Korovoy Yar, Zarichny, Stavky, Torsky, and in the direction of the settlement of Chervyn Stav. Battles are still ongoing in 17 locations.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy tried to break through 15 times in the districts of Dibrova, Yampol, Dronivka, Vasyukivka, and Siversk. Five more military clashes continue until now.

Three combat clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction — the enemy tried to advance in the Chasovoy Yar and Stupochky areas.

The Russians attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 31 times in the Konstantinov direction. The occupiers concentrated their offensive efforts in the areas of Kostyantynivka, Oleksandr-Shultyny, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka, Rusyny Yar, Mykolaypill, and Sofiivka. One combat clash is still ongoing.

Since the beginning of the day, in the Pokrovsky direction, Russian units have tried 65 times to break through the Ukrainian defenses in the areas of Fedorivka, Rodinsky, Bilytskyi, Novy Shakhovy, Shahovy, Novoekonomichny, Nikanorivka, Mirnograd, Hryshiny, Zvirovy, Kotlynoy, Udachny, Molodetskyi, Novomykolaivka, Novopavlivka, and in the direction of Dorozhny and New Donbass.

The defense forces hold back enemy assaults, the enemy suffers significant losses – today 86 occupiers were neutralized in this direction, 70 of them irreversibly. Our defenders destroyed one unit of automobile equipment, seven unmanned aerial vehicles and three shelters of the occupying personnel. Also, four units of automobiles and one unit of special equipment were significantly damaged.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian units stopped 42 enemy attacks in the areas of Yalta, Tolstoy, Ivanivka, Andriivka-Klevtsovo, Oleksandrograd, Sichnevy, Vorony, Sosnivka, Stepovy, Verbovy, Vyshnevy, Zlagoda, Piddubny, Voskresenka, Privilny, Krasnohirsky, and Yehorivka. Five more military clashes continue until now. The settlement of Oleksandrivka suffered an airstrike.

In the direction of Gulyaipil, our defenders repelled twelve attempts by the enemy to advance towards Varvarivka, Dobropill, Zatyshsh, and in the areas of Gulyaipol and Zeleny. Until now, five military clashes are ongoing. Enemy aircraft hit Gulyaipol.

In the Orihiv direction, the invaders tried eight times to advance in the areas of Stepovoy, Shcherbaki, Primorsky, Novoandriyivka, and Kamiansky.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy made two attempts to advance in the direction of the Antoniv bridge.

Just now, in a few days, I have already had almost 20 conversations with our partners, all of them say as one: we are delighted with how Ukraine is holding up under the existing pressure. How Ukraine struggles in search of peace for its people, and in fact for everyone in Europe, at least in Europe. Today I already spoke with the President of Finland. Alex informed about what was heard from Russia formally and informally, and about the conditions that Russia puts forward. Now we are preparing for a meeting with the American side – about the steps that are needed for peace to really exist. And that it was a decent peace. And when all attention is focused on diplomacy, on defense in war, inner strength is needed. Inner strength is the basis of our external unity and our relations with the world.

And in order to have internal strength, there should be no reason to be distracted by anything other than the defense of Ukraine. I want no one to have any questions about Ukraine. Therefore, today are the following internal decisions.

First, the Office of the President of Ukraine will be restarted. The head of the Office, Andriy Yermak, has written a resignation letter. I am grateful to Andriy for the fact that he always presented the Ukrainian position in the negotiation track exactly as it should be. It was always a patriotic position. But I want there to be no rumors or speculation. As for the new head of the Office, tomorrow I will hold consultations with those who can lead this institution.

There will be talks soon, our representatives will be there – it will be the chief of the General Staff, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the secretary of the National Security Council and our intelligence. And when we all have such an external challenge – war, we have to be strong inside. One hundred percent of our strength will be focused on the defense of Ukraine. Everyone should now act in this way, in the interests of our state, and protect our state. This is an unchanging principle. Meetings with the American side will take place in the near future.

The second is the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. I expect that Prime Minister Yuliya Svyridenko together with people’s deputies in dialogue and unity will provide Ukraine with three things. The most important thing is to pass the budget of the 26th year, that is, the ability of our state to defend itself, provide defense, provide all social benefits and the necessary stability. This is what people need. I am also waiting for nominations for the ministers of energy and justice. The current ministers should be evaluated in such a way as to make absolutely clear conclusions as to whether the current officials meet the challenges of both this winter and this war.

Thirdly, I spoke with the Security Service of Ukraine so that they could conduct their analysis of the situation in the law enforcement system and in the regions. Soon there will be reports, there will be my conclusions and there will be decisions. There is too much negativity from the regions. We agreed that the Security Service would provide the information to me quickly.

And, of course, the army. Our soldiers are heroes. Our soldiers destroy the enemy, and this is the basis of our ability to build diplomacy. There are problems that should be solved long ago. The Commander-in-Chief, the General Staff and Pavlo Palisa are already working on this, and next week I am preparing the corresponding Headquarters. First of all, there should be a really fair, rational distribution of personnel between the brigades. There are already principles on how to do this, and every combat brigade is talking about it. There will be a solution.

Thanks to everyone who is with Ukraine! Thank you to everyone who now and always defends Ukraine. Thank you to everyone who ensures that the pressure is on Russia, on the cause of this war, and not on our state and people, not on Ukrainians. Ukrainians must win. This is the most important thing. Russia really wants Ukraine to make mistakes. There will be no mistakes on our part. Our work continues. Our struggle continues. We have no right not to press, we have no right to retreat or quarrel. If we lose unity, we risk losing everything: ourselves, Ukraine, our future. We have to get together. We have to hold on. We have no other choice. We will not have another Ukraine. We protect Ukraine.
