Oboloni midfielder Ihor Medynskyi commented on his team’s defeat in the UPL match against Kudrivka (0:1).

“I’m glad to be back after the injury, but the emotions are still negative because we lost. And, in my opinion, we lost in action. You have to be able to lose and accept defeat. We definitely didn’t play to win and we need to think about how to correct our game. It’s the second defeat at home in a row – it’s difficult, but you have to be men, accept the result and win the next matches to get out of this situation.

We dissected Kudrivka in the usual mode: we watched their matches, conducted the theory. We were told their strengths and weaknesses. But today they pleasantly surprised me. They wanted to play football, combined. I think it was due to the fact that they acted more courageously than us that the goal happened – although it was a set piece, but their attacks were organized well. It seems to me that we lacked this courage.

After the defeat against Polissia, there was no tremendous pressure, because we understood that we lost to a team that will fight for the prize places. But the sediment after 4:0 remained, and I wanted to rehabilitate as soon as possible. We were waiting for this game, we were preparing, but as you can see, it didn’t work out. The defeat against Polissia was unpleasant, but this one is even more unpleasant, because it is the second in a row, and it is still psychologically oppressive,” the press service of the club quotes Medinsky as saying.
