On November 11, the gala premiere of the most anticipated Christmas movie of the year, the family comedy “Guardians of Christmas” from 1+1 media and UnitedContentHUB, took place in the Kyiv Planeta Kino cinema in the Blockbuster Mall shopping center. The evening turned into a real miracle – with the glitter of stars, warmth, the aroma of gingerbread cookies and the feeling of the holiday approaching. The tape will be released on November 13: tickets are already on sale.
The gala premiere was attended by the performers of the main roles – Ivan Blindar, Arina Tregub and Iryna Ostrovska, as well as the creative team of the film. Friends, colleagues and many famous guests came to support them.
Among them are Tina Karol, who became the author of the main soundtrack for the film, Max Devizorov, Andriy Isayenko, Aurika Rotaru with her grandchildren, Seit-Bekir Suleymanov with her children, Oleg Verniaev, Nelya Shovkoplyas, Kateryna Nikitina, Anastasia Tsimbalaru, Anatoly Anatolich, Solomiya Vitvitska, Yuriy Gorbunov and Kateryna Osadcha, Ivan Lyulenov, Akim Galimov with his family, Natalie Solonik with children, Oleksiy Nagrudny with his wife, Tetyana Zlova, Kostyantyn Hrubych, Anita Lutsenko, as well as young superstars — Anastasia Dymid, Artem Kotenko and others.
The festive atmosphere was complemented by thematic activities: the main partner “Royal Taste” gave everyone products and commemorative toy pillows. At the event, the guests were the first to try the special line of “Guardians of Christmas” ice cream from the “Fine Ice Cream” brand, and also witnessed the ceremonial redemption of an exclusive postage stamp from “Ukrposhta” created in honor of the release of the film. Official partner METRO treated the guests to drinks and Christmas donuts, creating a cozy atmosphere of the holiday and good mood.
The host of the official part of the event was Natalya Ostrovska, host of TSN, 1+1.
The interior of the cinema resembled a fairy-tale house from the movie: with Christmas trees, gifts and the glow of holiday lights.
“We wanted to give people not just a movie, but the feeling of Christmas — when you believe in goodness, magic and humanity. Judging by the emotions of the audience, we succeeded.” — noted Tatyana Shulika, co-author and producer of the film.
The main characters shared their emotions:
“This is definitely a movie that you want to watch with your family, especially when there is so little light and warmth in every sense. I am grateful for the opportunity to embody my superhero on the screens, which for me has always been Saint Nicholas.”, — commented Ivan Blindar, the performer of the role of St. Nicholas.
Arina Tregub, an 8-year-old actress, played the main role of the girl Vira, whose dream was fulfilled by magicians in the film:
“The girl Vira, whom I played, is very dreamy and special. She is the personification of all young Ukrainians who live their childhood here, during the war. So we and the team wanted to give everyone – both adults and children – a piece of celebration and belief in miracles. Come to the cinema!”— commented the young actress.
The film “The Guardians of Christmas” is a family comedy with a deep meaning, in which goodness overcomes indifference, and miracles happen only when you sincerely believe in them.
“Guardians of Christmas” will be released in Ukrainian cinemas from November 13 to bring joy to every viewer and bring their favorite holiday closer.
In the center of the plot are three legendary wizards: Saint Nicholas (Ivan Blindar), Santa Claus (Mykhailo Kukuyuk) and the ancient Spirit of Winter (Stanislav Boklan). Having secretly met on the eve of the holiday, they try to civilly decide which of them should take care of Christmas. But everything changes when a random wish of a little girl Vera (Arina Tregub) erases this day from the whole world. The holiday disappears from people’s memory, and the main characters lose their magical powers. They must unite to restore faith in miracles – and with it restore Christmas.
