As of September 26, the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia from the NBU decreased by 11 kopecks, the euro increased by 15 kopecks.

The official exchange rate of the dollar was set at UAH 41.26, the euro at UAH 46.19 (as of September 25, the dollar was UAH 41.37, the euro at UAH 46.04).
At 11:20, the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia on the “black market” was UAH 41.42 – 41.51.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 46.31 – 46.50.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – 41.15 – 41.60 UAH (exchange rate on September 25 – 41.20 – 41.67 UAH);
- Euro – 45.90 – 46.55 UAH (rate on September 25 – 46.00 – 46.59 UAH).
According to banks, the dollar cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 40.90 – 41.50;
- Savings Bank – UAH 41.20 – 41.80;
- Ukrsibbank – UAH 41.05 – 41.60;
- FUIB – UAH 41.20 – 41.70;
- Raiffeisen – 41.10 – 41.48 UAH.
As for non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in Privatbank banks is UAH 41.49 per dollar, monobank – UAH 41.48.
