The sale of canvases, which belonged to former deputy Viktor Medvedchuk, has already brought more than UAH 1 million to the state budget. This was reported by the Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA).
– The National Agency has already successfully sold 80 paintings from the arrested collection of traitor Viktor Medvedchuk. The total amount of sales of the collection is currently 1,021,760 hryvnias, the message says.
Also, 56 more paintings are currently being sold. Information about the cost and the terms of participation in the auctions of these lots are available on the “Prozorro.Prodazhi” platform.
Experts estimated some of the paintings from Medvedchuk’s collection at approximately 4 million hryvnias. The most expensive works include: “Composition with boats” (author unknown) – 392.5 thousand. UAH, “Noon in the Crimea” by Lev Vitikovsky — 374.4 thousand. UAH, “Troika” by Kostiantyn Stoilov — 349,000 UAH. UAH, and “Koni” (author unknown) — 284.8 thousand. UAH
- On November 26, Andriy Pozniak, adviser to the head of the Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA), announced that the agency had already sold 70 paintings from the collection of ex-deputy Viktor Medvedchuk. Among the sold lots is an amber portrait of Medvedchuk himself.
- On October 31, the Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) reported that they plan to sell a collection of paintings that belonged to former People’s Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk at the “Prozorro” auction.
