The following are entitled to payments:
- persons over 18 years old
- parents or guardians for each child
It is possible to make an application:
- in Diya from November 15 to December 24, 2025.
- Via Ukrposhta approximately three days after the approval of the decision (approximately November 16) until December 24, 2025.
- Money in physical form is not provided.
What are these one thousand UAH allowed to be used for:
- payments for utility services
- grocery stores, markets
- medical institutions
- literature
- charity
- postal services
Winter support On November 1, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced new initiatives to support Ukrainians in the winter period. This means both material aid, similar to last year’s “Thousand Wool”, as well as medical and transport programs. Funds can be used to meet priority needs. A program for the most vulnerable sections of the population will be implemented separately. Medical support for Ukrainians in winter is also planned. Medical examinations prepared by the Ministry of Health are foreseen. Every citizen of Ukraine will be able to pay attention to his well-being. The launch of the program is expected in January 2026.
