Who is Yulia Sokolovskaya
Yulia Sokolovskaya is a Ukrainian political and public figure.
She was born on April 12, 1985 in Khmelnyk. Graduated from Kyiv National Economic University. Vadim Hetman in the specialty “Accounting and Auditing” and the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in the specialty “Public Administration”. She also studied at IMF’s Institute for Capacity Development.
Since 2007 she has worked in the private sector. After the Revolution of Dignity, since 2014, she held various positions in state structures, in particular in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In her autobiography, she noted that she was involved in the introduction of electronic document circulation in the Department of Documentary Support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
In 2015-2016 she held the position of Director of the Department of Finance of Health and Social Programs of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
Since 2017, she has worked in the USAID / Deloitte Project Support for Health Reform, which was responsible for the EHealth Transparency, Transparency, Transparency and Development. The US side noted its contribution to the strengthening of the health care system of Ukraine and ensuring the effective provision of HIV services. However, there is no real evidence of Sokolovskaya’s success in this position.
