This is stated in the message of Ukrenergo.
The reason for the introduction of restrictions is the consequences of previous Russian massive missile and drone attacks on energy facilities.
The time and scope of application of restrictions will be as follows:
- hourly disconnection schedules for household consumers: from 00:00 to 23:59 – with a volume of 0.5 to 3 shifts;
- capacity limitation schedules for industrial consumers: from 00:00 to 23:59.
In November 2025, Ukraine increased electricity imports by 15% compared to October, reaching 415,000 MWh.
On December 2, there were stabilizing power outages in Odesa and the region, introduced due to a power shortage in the power system after massive Russian shelling of the energy infrastructure.
