This is stated in a comment to the SBU press service provided by RBC-Ukraine.
According to the SBU, the criminal case was opened on the foundation in the office of the mayor of Lviv “third -party technical means”.
As of now, the SBU staff conduct all necessary investigative measures in the Lviv City Hall.
The device found in the office was promised to remove and send for examination.
Pre -trial investigation is carried out under Article 359 (1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal use of special technical means of obtaining information).
We will remind, the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovy reported the device found in his office for listening.
