The President signed the law on increasing the birth allowance to 50,000 hryvnias

The President of Ukraine signed a new law, according to which the amount of state assistance at the birth of a child will be increased to 50 thousand hryvnias. This decision also provides for the introduction of new forms of state support for families. The draft law is already available in a card on the website of the Verkhovna Rada. The President of Ukraine signed a new law, according to which the amount of state assistance at the birth of a child will be increased to 50 thousand hryvnias. This decision also provides for the introduction of new forms of state support for families. The draft law is already available in a card on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

Birth allowance in the amount of 50,000 hryvnias will be paid for each child if two or more children are born in the family. One of the parents or a guardian who permanently lives with the child will have the right to this payment. In addition, the law provides for new types of assistance, in particular for parents who care for children under one year old, as well as support for single mothers and pregnant women, provided that they do not have other sources of income.

This law is an important step in supporting families with children in Ukraine, allowing to ease the financial burden on young families and encouraging fertility. The government plans to implement these programs in the near future.
