In addition, the website of the “migration service” of the so-called “LPR” states that adults who have not issued a Russian document are considered foreigners, but currently have the right to live in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region until December 31, 2024.
After this period expires (if the person does not exchange his Ukrainian passport), the occupiers will oblige the person to register for migration or obtain permission from the occupying authorities for temporary residence.
“Currently, the Russians are creating a register of foreigners who are in the country illegally, in which the Gauleiters threaten to include Ukrainians who refuse to obtain a passport of the Russian Federation,” the Central Committee added.
