As “Glavkom” reports, on December 8, a panel of judges was formed to consider the case: judge-rapporteur Serhiy Bondar and his colleagues Danyila Chornenka and Ihor Panaid. The businessman is currently wanted.
“I have indeed filed an appeal against the decision of the investigating judge of the High Court of Appeals regarding the selection of preventive measures in the form of detention in relation to Timur Minidch. The defense side believes that the decision of the investigating judge should be annulled and the successful motion to choose a preventive measure should be rejected, since the motion was submitted (prosecutor – “Glavkom”) in violation of the requirements of the current legislation and is not substantiated by proper and admissible evidence,” the lawyer of the suspected businessman told Glavkom.
