“In such conditions, the continuation of the tender procedure is incompatible with the principles of transparency, integrity and trust in the process. The competition will be resumed after an additional check of the integrity of its participants,” she explained.
According to the mass media, the competition was specially adapted to the person of Minister of Justice Herman Galushchenko, Oksana Kryvenko. She appears in NABU records regarding large-scale corruption at Energoatom.
