We will remind, on May 4, 2024 the Law of Ukraine of 21.03.2024 No. 3621-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Rights of Servicemen and Police for Social Protection” came into force. The document stipulates that the provisions of military duty and military service have excluded such definitions as “limited to military service” and “unfit for military service in peacetime, limited in wartime.”
