Koval noted that the future of “Diya” is connected with the improvement of public services, with the aim of their digitalization, which will reduce bureaucracy. The app is gradually becoming a more effective tool for interacting with the government, especially in times of war, when many people face bureaucratic challenges overseas. In order to improve the digital literacy of Ukrainians, various educational initiatives are also being developed. Ukraine’s leadership in the field of digital services is supported by the data of international ratings, where it ranks fifth in terms of progress in the digitalization of state services.
