Mobilization 2025: What to know about workers’ booking in March

Reservation of workers in March 2025

Companies that have not yet confirmed re -criticism and have not resisted their employees again have the opportunity to do so by March 31. Current bookings will remain valid for another month.

An application for booking workers can only be submitted through the portal. Company managers no longer need to draw up paper orders because they were replaced by the electronic system. If the employee has already been booked, you must first cancel the pre -booking.

In addition, companies that have updated criticality are able to book employees by 1 April without 72-hour data processing, which greatly accelerates the process.

Also, since March 1, criteria for businesses that can book their employees during mobilization will be updated.

As stated in the Decree of the President of Ukraine, after February 28, such status can be obtained by a company that meets at least three of the following requirements:

• payment of taxes and fees from 1.5 million euros per year;

• currency income of 32 million euros per year;

• strategic importance or performance of mobilization tasks;

• lack of debt to the budget;

• at least 250 employees;

• The average wage is not lower than the average in the area.

This means that the business will have to meet the new requirements for obtaining this important status.

Number of employees to be reservated since March 1

Earlier, businesses could book 50 percent of the military on the date of submission of the list. This percentage can be increased if the need is justified.

It is now envisaged that no more than 50 percent of the conscripts at such an enterprise are subject to booking, and in the case of increasing the number of conscripts at this enterprise – on the day of submission of lists.

At the same time, the resolution defined the categories of enterprises that do not apply to the number of conscripts to be reservated. For example, these are individual enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Energy, executors of international technical assistance projects, critical for the functioning of the economy and life of the population in a special period, etc.

Does the reservation work from 1 to 31 March

The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed enterprises that have not yet confirmed criticality and excavation of employees, to do so by March 31. By this date, the booking of employees of such enterprises will remain valid.
