More and more Ukrainians began to find work in Germany. German Labor Minister Hubertus Heil said this on Friday, September 27, Tagesspiegel reports.

According to Hail, in September 8,500 citizens of Ukraine found work on the primary market, completed training or became self-employed. According to him, this is twice as much as in September 2023.

On June 22, the leader of the Bavarian opposition party Christian Social Union (CSU) in the Bundestag Alexander Dobrindt called for deporting Ukrainian refugees if they do not have a job. At the same time, the German government rejected this proposal.
