This is evidenced by the results of the July KIIS survey.
In early June, Zelensky was entrusted with 65% of respondents, and in early May – 74%. In the summer, the level of trust in the president among young people (18-29 years) decreased from 74% to 59%.
Analysts associate this with a law that temporarily abolished the independence of anti -corruption bodies and caused youth protests.
Among other age groups, trust also decreased, but less significantly – by 3-7 points. Among the reasons for the distrust of the respondents called corruption in the country, the war, the weak team of the President, the lack of competence, failure to comply with promises and distance from the needs of ordinary people.
At the same time, only a small part of the surveyed blamed Zelensky of corruption.
