On Friday, September 27, a large-scale air alert was announced in Ukraine due to the threat of using ballistic weapons from the temporarily occupied Crimea. An explosion was heard in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which called on the residents of Kryvyi Rih to immediately take shelter.
The local Kryvyi Rih Telegram channels also wrote about the explosion in the city.
Later, it was confirmed by the head of Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak and promised to provide details later.
On the night of September 27, an air alert was announced in some regions of Ukraine due to the threat of an attack by UAVs of the Russian Army. Explosions rang out, in particular, in Dnipro, Izmail, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia.
As a result of a large-scale UAV attack in Izmail, Odesa region, three people were killed, 11 were injured, including a child.
According to the Air Force, last night the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile from Crimea, two Kh-22 cruise missiles from Tu-22M3 bombers from the Black Sea, and 32 Shahed missiles. Air defense forces shot down 24 shahedis, one drone entered the airspace of Romania, and another was lost in location as a result of anti-aircraft fire.
