Direct speech of Globa: “Today, on the birthday of Roman Chervinskyi, the court changed the preventive measure. In the future, house arrest will be effective only at night, this will allow Roman to work officially and exercise other Constitutional rights.”

- On April 20, 2023, UP reported in its own material that the SBU had opened a case against Ukrainian military personnel who were going to hijack a Russian plane. One of them is Roman Chervinskyi, a former employee of the Main Directorate of Intelligence. He became famous thanks to the so-called “Wagnergate”.
- On April 21, 2023, Chervinskyi was charged with “abuse of power or official authority by a military official.” According to the investigation, his arbitrary actions led to enemy rocket fire at the airfield in the Kirovohrad region.
- And already on April 24, 2023, the Security Service of Ukraine detained Chervinskyi. The court arrested him.
- The ex-intelligence officer himself declared about political pressure, he considers the case falsified.
- In December 2023, Chervinsky was charged with attempting to obtain $100,000 by impersonating an official of the State Fiscal Service.
- In July 2024 Chervinsky was released from the pretrial detention center after the charitable fund of the leader of the European Solidarity party, Petro Poroshenko, posted bail for him.
