Prior to this, on November 26, the Pechersk Court refused the lawyers of Sentyabr Magamedrasulov to change the preventive measure.
Prehistory:
- On October 17, the investigative judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, Serhii Vovk, granted the request of the prosecutor’s office and kept Sentyabr Magamedrasulov in custody.
- On July 21, the SBU conducted a series of searches and detentions related to the work of NABU and SAP. Then they detained one of the heads of interregional offices of NABU detectives Ruslana Magamedrasulova.
- The SBU and OGP stated at the time that he “acted as an intermediary in the sale to the Republic of Dagestan (RF) of batches of technical hemp.” His father, September, was also suspected. The SBU published materials that allegedly confirm that the NABU detective, together with his father, was involved in the organization of illegal trade with the Russian Federation.
- Magamedrasulov took part in uncovering the embezzlement scheme at “Energoatom”, reported head of the group of NABU detectives Oleksandr Abakumov, who was involved in this investigation.
