According to the forecaster, rains are expected in the north of the country, in the central regions and in the south. Western and eastern areas will also be under the influence of solid clouds, but significant precipitation is unlikely there.
The temperature background will remain stable. During the day, 4 to 8 °C of heat is forecast in most regions, and 8 to 12 °C of heat in the south.
In the capital on December 3, rain is possible in places, the maximum temperature during the day will be from 5 to 7 °C.
Natalka Didenko advises to consider wet conditions: take umbrellas, wear hoods and comfortable shoes. The forecaster emphasizes the importance of using reflective elements, especially for children.
She also encourages taking atmospheric pictures in the “Japanese understated style”, because even gloomy weather can look beautiful in its own way.
