Currently, 108 active lobbyists are registered in the Transparency Register maintained by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP). Among them are companies, public organizations and citizens who influence decision-making.

In total, 110 participants applied to the Register, but the participation of two people was suspended.
There are 55 companies, 54 individuals and one foreign representative office among the registered lobbyists. Well-known participants are Philip Morris Ukraine, chain of stores “Aurora”, “Metro Cash and Carry Ukraine”, “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih” and Oschadbank.
The latter became one of the first financial institutions to join the register.
Inna Boichuk, Director of Corporate Affairs of the Aurora network, emphasized that the Law “On Lobbying” and the Register itself are tools for ensuring transparency.
To achieve effectiveness, it is important to build trust in the new lobbying institution by systematically working on its development.
The Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs reported that the main interaction of lobbyists with the state will start in January 2026, when lobbyists will submit their first reports. That is when it will be possible to analyze how conveniently and efficiently the Transparency Register works.
It will be recalled that the National Association of Lobbyists was created in Ukraine.
The lobbyists are also demanding that Minister Fedorov provide certificates and transparency register data to Diya.
