On the night of November 14, the enemy launched a combined attack on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine using strike UAVs, air-based, land-based and sea-based missiles. The Air Force of the Armed Forces specifies that the Russian troops attacked 430 UAVs of various types (about 300 – “Shakhed”), three Kh-47M2 “Kinjal” aeroballistic missiles, a “Zirkon” anti-ship missile, 6 Iskander-K/Kalibr cruise missiles and 9 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles.
On the night of November 14, Russian forces launched another massive attack on Kyiv. It is known about four dead and 27 injured, including children. According to the police, about 30 residential buildings were damaged in the Dnipro, Podil, Shevchenkiv, Solomyan, Holosiiv, Svyatoshyn, Darnytsky, Desnyan and Obolon districts. Medical facilities, public transport, office premises, shops and vehicles were also damaged.
As President Volodymyr Zelenskyi reported, Russian troops attacked Ukraine at night with about 430 drones and 18 missiles, in particular ballistic and aeroballistic ones, the main direction of the Russian night attack was Kyiv, they also struck Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
