In the morning, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Sumy. OVA reported that a section of the road was damaged as a result of the explosion. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said that in the morning, according to preliminary data, the Russian forces used a Zircon missile in the Sumy region. Subsequently, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed the enemy’s use of Zircon, but did not specify where it happened.
