Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic talked about what he wants to see on his tombstone:

“One of the people who helped me a lot with my mental resilience, one of the greatest sports psychologists of all time, Dr. Jim Lauer, who has worked with many world champions and number one rackets, asked me one of the main questions: ‘What would you like to see on your tombstone?’ It makes you think, ask yourself: “How do I want to be remembered?”

A person who touched people’s hearts. I want to cry now, I think I have understood what I want to see on my grave. Thank you for that, you helped me come to this realization.”

Earlier, Djokovic explained why he decided to withdraw from the 2025 ATP Finals.
