ESTIMATED LOSSES OF THE ENEMY 
– On the night of November 13, units of the Defense Forces struck several dozen objects on the territory of the Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The blows were inflicted with Ukrainian-made weapons.
Strike UAVs, jet drones and missiles of various types were used for strikes. So, a number of long-range weapons were launched last night, including the domestically developed Flamingo and Bars missiles and the Lutyy drone.
– President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he did not communicate with businessman Timur Mindich, who is involved in the case of “kickbacks” at Energoatom, after the investigation was reported.
– President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the application of personal sanctions against Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Zukerman.
– On November 13, the European Union announced the provision of budget aid to Ukraine for almost 6 billion euros. The funds will be used to restore the energy infrastructure and stabilize the energy system.
– The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the fight against Russian infantry groups continues in Pokrovsk. At the same time, he assured that there is no question of the control of Russian troops over Pokrovsk or the operational encirclement of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)
Areas of settlements, including Vovkivka, Bobylivka, and Nova Huta of the Sumy region, were affected by Russian artillery shelling; Khrinivka, Tymonovichi, Chernihiv region.
Ukrainian soldiers repelled three attacks in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions. In addition, the enemy fired 83 shots.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, there were eight combat clashes in the areas of Vovchansk, Synelnikovo, Dvorichansk, and Krasnoy Persh.
In the Kupyansk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has tried eight times to advance on the positions of our defenders in the areas of Novoosynovo, Petropavlivka, Pischany, and Hlushkivka. One combat clash continues until now.
Nine combat clashes took place in the Lyman direction today. The enemy attacked in the areas of Novy Mir, Glushchenkove, Novomykhailivka, Druzhelyubivka, Grekivka, Stavky and Lyman settlements. Four combat clashes continue until now.
One combat clash is ongoing in the Slavyansk direction. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out seven attacks in the areas of the settlements of Yampil, Serebryanka, Siversk and Fedorivka.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kramatorsk direction.
Defense forces stopped 11 enemy attacks in the Konstantinov direction. The invader tried to advance in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultine, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian troops tried 31 times to advance on the positions of our troops in the areas of the settlements of Suhetske, Bilytske, Razine, Rodynske, Dorozhne, Chervyn Liman, Pokrovsk, Myrnograd, Lysivka, Zvirove, Kotline, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Filia. Our defenders have already repelled 28 attacks.
In the Oleksandrivskyi direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven enemy attacks, and three more combat clashes are ongoing. The enemy attacked our positions near the settlements of Yalta, Zeleny Hay, Orestopol, Yegorivka, Pershotravneve and Rybne. The settlement of Kosivtseve suffered an airstrike.
In the Gulyaipil direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces three times in the areas of Yablukovo, Solodke, and Biloghirya settlements. The settlement of Ternuvate was hit by guided bombs.
In the Orihiv direction, the aggressor carried out nine attacks in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Stepovoy, Shcherbaki, Maly Shcherbaki, Primorsky, Stepnohirsk and Plavni. In addition, the enemy carried out an air strike on the area of the settlement of Novodanilivka.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Dnieper direction.
There were no significant changes in the situation in the rest of the directions.
Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire line of battle and in the rear.
