The government suspended the vice president of “Energoatom” / UNIAN collage, photo UNIAN, “Energoatom”The government made a decision to immediately suspend the vice president, member of the board of JSC NAEK “Energoatom” Jacob Hartmuth from his job.
As Prime Minister Yulia Svyridenko reported, the decision was made on the basis of materials received from NABU.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers instructed the acting chairman of the board to suspend Dmytro Basov, the chief consultant to the president of Energoatom JSC NAEK, who has already been notified of the suspicion, as well as employees whose involvement in the commission of crimes is currently being investigated by law enforcement agencies, in particular:
- director of finance and budgeting;
- director of legal support;
- the head of the separate unit “Centralized procurement”.
Svyridenko noted that if the involvement of other employees in the commission of a crime is revealed during the NABU investigation, they will be dismissed.
