Details: According to the new regulations, “intentional subversive-terrorist crimes that pose a particular danger to society” will be punishable by 14 years of age, and inclination a minor for subversive activities is subject to life imprisonment.
In addition, the changes to the law cancel the statute of limitations for all “subversive” crimes; limit the right to petition for parole (this is possible no earlier than after serving 75% of the term); prohibit a conditional sentence for participation in a subversive community.
As you know, the sanction of Article 281 (sabotage) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 10 years to life.
