In the coming week, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will present proposals regarding the new composition of the Supervisory Board of Energoatom JSC.

The renewal of the council is an important step in strengthening anti-crisis management and ensuring rapid interaction with anti-corruption and control bodies in the conditions of war.
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture works in close cooperation with G7 partners to form this composition.
In parallel, the State Audit Service will conduct an audit of “Energoatom” due to the exposed corruption scheme.
The audit will include a review of purchases within 15 working days and a general audit of the company.
All results will be reported to law enforcement agencies, which underscores the importance of timely decision-making to maintain the company’s internal stability and compliance with international standards.
This process aims to protect partners’ investments in difficult conditions, in particular by strengthening trust in government institutions.
