The study also made three more categories of use: request, execution and expression. As of July, about half of the message was included in the “request” category, which indicates the use of chatbot to find information and tips. If we take work use, then the leader is “performing”, which means that Chatgpt has been used to perform certain work tasks, in particular for writing.
