Anti -corruption found that the prosecutor received from her mother as a gift 1 946 000 hryvnias, which were intended for the purchase of an apartment.
Having analyzed the income and expenditures of the mother of the prosecutor, the NAPC concluded that part of these assets, namely UAH 1.64 million, could not be acquired at the expense of legal income.
In view of the above, the SAP prosecutor appealed to the court to recognize the unjustified asset and his recovery to the state income.
After hearing the arguments of the parties, the court agreed with the position of the SAP prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.
Assets are confiscated in accordance with Art. 290 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine. The court’s decision may be appealed within 30 days from the date of its full text.
