The League Nations Tournament Table. Why has the Ukrainian national team already flew?

On Sunday, July 20, as part of the tournament League of Nations Volleyball took place a match national team of Ukraine against Canada commands. It was the last match for Raul Losano’s wards at this year’s competition draw.

The match against Canada was crucial: only a 3-0 or 3: 1 victory guaranteed Ukraine in the final eight. The less convincing result, where someone in the fifth set was won, left only the theoretical chances. And the defeat is 0: 3 or 1: 3 finally deprived of hope.

The Ukrainians sought the best scenario, but the initiative failed. The second and third networks were nervous, especially the third, in which the “blue and yellow” lost the advantage of 21:18. In the fourth Canadian, they again took the game under control and confidently brought the match to the victory, finally depriving Ukraine of the chances of reaching the quarterfinals.

Not having gained any points, Ukrainians will be guaranteed to give up in the top 7 one of the team-off teams on the playoffs-the national team of Iran or Bulgaria, which will play with each other in the final tour. The eighth place is not played-it is assigned to China, which as the owner of the tournament has a guaranteed participation in the playoffs and will play against Brazil, which has provided the first place ahead of schedule.

The final matches will be held today:

• Netherlands – Italy (17:30)
• Bulgaria – Iran (18:00)
• Serbia – Slovenia (21:20)
• France is Poland (21:30)

Among them, the eight may come to the finals: the above winners of the Bulgaria pair-Iran, Slovenia in the event of a victory over Serbia (3-0, or 3: 1), as well as a Cuba if the confrontation between the Balkan teams crossed the Tai-Breik.
