Prehistory:

• On May 24, 2023, Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov were charged with the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in alleged preparation of sabotage on the railway. The case was prepared in court, the Russian Federation planned to condemn boys up to 20 years in prison.
• On June 15, the European Parliament approved a resolution demanding that Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov, as well as release them to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
• On June 24, 2023, Russian propagandists declared the murder of “two pro -Ukrainian terrorists”, which were Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov. Before his death, Tigran recorded a video that ended with the words “Glory to Ukraine!”. The invaders accused the teenagers of killing a military and colaboration police officer.
• According to the lawyer, the occupying power of Berdyansk in the summer of 2024 could secretly bury the bodies shot in 2023 by teenagers of Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov.
