In the structure of “Movement” there was a replenishment. Yes, Yuri Pankov is now a sports director of the Movement Academy. In particular, he will focus on the administrative and communicative components, responsible for the formation of contracts of young football players, breeding issues and will share experience with the students of the club Academy.
Sports Director of the Movement Academy Yuri Pankov noted:
“The club makes a great bet on their own pets. My task is to be useful for these youth. It is also assistance in game issues, as well as assistance in planning work documents, contracts, communication with coaches and parents, monitoring the development of young football players. We want these guys to develop, play well for the Movement, first represented the youth and youth national teams of Ukraine, and later the country’s main team. I hope the club will in every way promote players in this, and in particular, I will make every effort to make as many of our players as possible at a high level. ”
In the new position, Yuri Pankiv will work with the director of the Academy “Rukh” – Vladimir Bezubyak. The club sets them the task of developing young football players so that the club teams successfully perform in children’s and youth tournaments and prepare staff for the main team, which performs in the UPL.
Director of the Movement Academy Vladimir Bezubak told:
“Yuri Pankov has been knowing a long time ago, even when he was just starting to play. And I estimated that he has been in football for 33 years and has a very great and interesting practical experience. Because Yuri played at a high level, advocated different national teams of Ukraine, and also played in European Cups.
I think that it is very positive for the Academy of Appointment, because Yuri is a positive and sociable person. He will be able to build a relationship between children, coaches and parents, will help with breeding issues. Yuri has a modern view of the development of football players. Of course, key decisions are made collectively, but everyone has its own responsibility area and our goal is a general result that will be manifested in the achievements of the Academy teams and the number of prepared personnel for the first team and youth and youth national teams of Ukraine. I and other club executives will help him to get into a new position and get into the administrative processes of the Academy. Like that we are like -minded, so working with such people is a pleasure.
We see that in 4 years of its work, the Academy of Movement has shown rapid progress. This year, we came to the pure second place in the number of medals in DUFL and ahead of us only Dynamo, and “Movement” could accurately count on even better results in more favorable circumstances. Our pupils also perform worthy in the international arena, in particular in the interly and in other tournaments. We will try to continue this development and later take the first places everywhere, but the main thing is to prepare footage for the first team: professional players who are ready for playing high levels. ”
